After leaked images surfaced, OnePlus has now released an official unboxing video for the yet-to-be-announced OnePlus 13. This unconventional approach to building hype allows us an early look at the device and its packaging.
Keep in mind that the October 31 launch is exclusive to the Chinese market, so the video is in Chinese, and the phone operates on ColorOS. Internationally, it will feature OxygenOS.
The signature red box remains, and the device appears to have a flat screen with very narrow, symmetrical bezels. The leaked design is confirmed, showcasing a camera island similar to its predecessor, though it no longer has a metal connection to the flat frame, and the Hasselblad logo has been repositioned.
The OnePlus 13 is powered by the newly announced Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, with configurations offering up to 24GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. Notably, it will support magnetic wireless charging, likely through specially designed cases.
